Required Reading for Winners
Throughout our programs, participants work with a Career Transition Manual that includes practical exercises, telephone techniques and etiquette, job targeting methods, ways to take advantage of the hidden job market, as well as sample resumes and letters to guide employees in designing their own successful career transition programs.
This helpful book also encourages candidates to ask themselves fundamental, introspective questions. What are my personal strengths and weaknesses? What are my long-range goals? Would I be happier in a completely different field? What do I really want out of my life and my career?
Working with candidates as a group or in one-on-one counseling, we help them develop and implement a logical, action-based strategy that puts discipline and structure into their search while yielding the best results in the shortest period of time.
As part of our outplacement services, we also offer career assessment and testing to help individuals better understand their strengths, weaknesses and best potentials for career growth and effectiveness.
